The learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner informs that by impugned order dated 07.03.2024, learned District Judge was pleased to withhold amount in Court till disposal of suit between parties. He has placed on record copy of final judgment and decree passed in Special Civil Suit No. 143/2012 and status of Special Civil Suit No. 36/2010, which has been finally decided in year 2012. As such, there is no impediment in disbursement of amount. 2.

In that view of matter, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 3.

The Petitioner shall be at liberty to make an appropriate application for disbursement of amount before District Judge who shall consider same in accordance with law.
