The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners desire to amend the present writ petition and in that regard an application seeking permission for amendment is ready for filing. It is also indicated that this petition was adjourned to 04th July 2025. 2.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents state that this is the fourth round of litigation sought to be initiated by the petitioners for the same cause of action, as earlier writ petitions for identical cause were filed in the years 2011, 2015 and 2016, where the petitioners did not meet with success.
