A single sentence order is passed rejecting the proposal raising a ground, which, prima facie, appears to be baseless, in the backdrop of the directions of this Court dated 4th May, 2022, in Writ Petition No.5349 of 2022.

It is obvious that the single sentence order cannot justified by supplanting reasons. However, since the learned AGP submits that a short reply would be filed by 23rd April, 2025, list these petitions on 25th April, 2025 in the urgent category on the supplementary board.
