One of the contentions urged by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that without complying with the provisions of Rule 27 of the Rules of Legal Education, 2008, the 1st respondent has declined to grant fresh approval or affiliation to conduct the Three Years LL.B. Course. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 30th April 2025. Mr. Rajendra Anbhule, learned counsel waives notice for Respondent no.1, Mr. S.B. Kalel, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for Respondent nos.2 and 3 and Mr. Prasad Gajbhiye, learned counsel waives notice for Respondent no.4.
