1.
We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and we have perused the documents on record. This Writ Petition has been filed by Gnyanodaya Degree College purportedly seeking to espouse the cause of 105 Third Year B.A. students, the details of which are not furnished in the Writ Petition. The prayer is to permit the said students to appear for the remaining papers of the VIth semester examination. 2.
On behalf of the Respondent/University, the communication dated 05.04.2025 issued to the Petitioner has been pointed out. In the said letter, it has been stated that insofar as the attendance records and marks obtained by the students in Semester I to IV are concerned, the same have not been submitted to the University. There are various other discrepancies pointed out by the University which apparently have Sneha Chavan 1/2
2 910 WP 4994-25.doc not been complied with by the College.
3.
In the light of this position on record, we do not find any case made out to grant any relief to the Petitioner, especially when the aspect of eligibility of all the students admitted is seriously disputed by the University.
4.
The Writ Petition, therefore, stands dismissed with no order as to costs. Needless to state that any individual student, if aggrieved, can seek appropriate legal redress in accordance with law. (M.M. SATHAYE, J.) (A.S.CHANDURKAR, J.) Sneha Chavan 2/2
