The only relief sought in the present Writ Petition is to expedite the hearing of Exhibit 10 filed in Marriage Petition No. 222 of 2024 as the same is relating to access of the child. 3.

Accordingly, the concerned learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel is requested to decide the Marriage Petition expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
