Challenge in this petition is to an order issued by the Assistant Registrar under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act against which the petitioner has remedy of revision under Section 164 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. Hence, keeping all question raised in the petition open to be agitated in revision application. In so far as the grievance in relation to attachment of salary is concerned, it is open for the petitioner to raise objection Sub-Rule 19 of Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules. Hence, keeping such contention open to be raised before Special Recovery Officer, the petition stands disposed of. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
