The learned Senior Advocate as well as the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioners in both these Petitions, submit that the Respondent - Deputy Director, Gauri Gaekwad
12@21.WP-3112-2025.odt Department of Education, Mumbai, should consider the report of the Education Officer and pass an appropriate order. Both submit that these Petitions can be disposed off by directing the said Authority to pass an order within a specified timeline.

In view of the above, both these Petitions are disposed off with a direction that the said Authority shall follow the due procedure laid down in law and pass an appropriate order with reasons, within a period of 60 days from today. 3.
