Considering the fact that the petitioners are taking exception to similar orders passed by the Divisional Deputy Director of Education (Exhibit-K) passed after the cut off date prescribed under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, i.e. 01.01.2024, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to resort to the remedies by prosecuting the mechanism prescribed thereunder.

If any such grievance/appeal is preferred within two weeks, the appellate authority shall not refuse to consider the grievance only on the ground of limitation prescribed under the aforementioned Government Resolution.
