Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the conduct of the proceedings in Regular Civil Suit No.113 of 2021. 3.

The petitioner and defendant No.3 have filed a joint pursis to record the settlement arrived at between the plaintiff and defendant No.3, on 8th August, 2022. It appears that defendant Nos.1 and 2 have resisted the terms of the settlement by filing an objection thereto.

The grievance in the petition is that the trial court has not considered the said pursis and passed order thereon though it is posted for order since 8th August, 2022. 1/2

In view of the limited nature of the grievance, without delving into the correctness of the averments in the petition, the petition stands disposed with a direction to the trial court to pass appropriate order on the pursis dated 8th August, 2022 (Exhibit-33) as expeditiously as possible, and, preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order after providing an opportunity of hearing to the parties.
