Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

An arguable question, as to whether the trial court could have permitted the plaintiff to amend the plaint after substantial evidence came to be recorded, arises for consideration.

Issue notice to the respondents, for final disposal, returnable on 24th June, 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the petitioner is at liberty to serve the respondents by private service and file an affidavit of service.

In the meanwhile, there shall be an ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
