The learned advocate informs that the designated officer has been moved after passing of the order under section 4 and though there was delay, the proceeding under Section 7 are now going on before the designated Court under the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 and seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the designated Court as contemplated under sub-section 3 of section 7 of the MPID Act. 2.
