This writ petition is filed against the part of judgment and award dated 01.09.2003 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad. By way of common judgment and award, L.A.R. No. 447/1997 came to be decided alongwith L.A.R. Nos. 3/96 and 448/1997. The judgment and award is dated 01.09.2003. The petitioners have already filed first appeals long back which are pending in this Court.

Considering this, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the writ petition, as it is, when the judgment and award is passed,
