Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, now points out that after the institution of this Petition, the impugned order dated 19 December 2024 stands nullified by a further order dated 02 September 2025 made by the Respondents.

Mr. Adik refers to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the Respondents confirming the position stated by Mr. Joshi. Even the order of 02 September 2025 is produced on the record.

Thus, it is clear that the relief in this Petition is now already worked out.
