By the present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioner has remedy by way of revision. The next order challenged is passed in exercise of powers under Rule 107(19)(d-1)(vi). As held by this Court in Writ Petition No.1331 of 2025 decided on 4 February 2025, the order being non-discretionary in nature, same cannot be challenged in revision.

Hence, keeping all contentions open to be agitated in revision, the writ petition stands disposed of. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
