The only prayer made by the petitioner is for expeditious consideration of the representations made by the petitioner on 2nd April 2024 and 12th April 2024 before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies. By the said representations, the petitioner has sought grant of installments in the making of repayment of the outstanding amounts in terms of the Notification dated 11th July 2022. 2.

Considering the limited request made, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2-Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies to consider the said representations in accordance with law within a period of six weeks of receiving a copy of this order.
