The only prayer pressed by the Petitioner is that the proposal dated 6th January, 2025, is pending with Respondent No.3. 2.
The learned AGP submits that if the proposal is still pending, it would be decided on or before 15th October, 2025. 3.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. SUNNY THOTE
906-WP-5164-2025-(C).odt Needless to state, Respondent No.3 would follow the due procedure laid down in law while deciding the proposal. If he notices any deficiencies, he would point out all the deficiencies to the Management to its E-mail address within a period of three weeks from today. The Management thereafter would tender the revised proposal. In these circumstances, Respondent No.3 would decide the proposal with a reasoned order, within 30 days, thereafter. 4.
In the event, the proposal is rejected, the Petitioner or any aggrieved party would be at liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law. If the proposal is accepted, the concerned Authorities including the Management would initiate steps for grant of Shalarth-ID.
