By the present petition, Petitioners seek a limited direction against the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the objections/ representation dated 1st April, 2025 filed by the Petitioners before granting any approval or sanction to the Draft Development Plan dated 8th February, 2024 published by Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 reserving the land of Petitioners for the beautification of artificial tank. 2.

We therefore, direct Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to consider the objections / representations dated 1st April, 2025 filed by the Petitioners on its own merits and in accordance with law and if required by hearing the Petitioners. Representation be decided within the period of eight
