1] We have heard the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2] We find from the record that the petitioners have made a grievance before the respondent no.2 on 16/09/2024 which complaint is still pending. We find that the interest of the petitioners would be served by issuing a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider the aforesaid complaint in accordance with law and decide the same within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. 3] Needless to state that in case any grievance survives, parties are free to adopt appropriate legal remedies. Rival contentions on merits are kept open.
