In these writ petitions, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 20th February, 2025 by which the work order issued in favour of the petitioner has been cancelled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the District Collector by show-cause notice dated 12th February, 2025 asked the petitioner to remain present for personal hearing on 21st February, 2025. However, a day prior to the scheduled date of hearing i.e. on 20th February, 2025 itself the work order issued in favour of the petitioner was cancelled.

In view aforesaid submission, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after ensuing Summer Vacation. 4.
