1] On instructions, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that Revision Application preferred by the Petitioner under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 would be decided within a period of three months from the next date of the proceedings. The statement is accepted.

2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also made a prayer for interim relief in the Revision Application and he desires to press the same. If the prayer of interim relief is pressed, the same shall be considered and decided after hearing all the parites within a period of three weeks from receipt of copy of this order. 3] Keeping all points on merits open, the writ petition is disposed this order.
