Since identical matters at Serial Nos. 21 and 22 were taken up and decided by a judgment delivered today, this matter, which is said to involve an identical set of facts concerning the same Solapur Zilla Parishad, was mentioned by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 30th April, 2025. The learned Addl.GP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos, 1,2, 3 and 5. Mr. Bobabe, who is on the panel of the Zilla Parishad, Solapur, was present in the Court Hall

Trupti 68-wp-5200-2025.odt and was requested to assist the Court. Hence, he has waived service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.4.

Considering the short issue involved, list this Petition, in the urgent admissions category, on the returnable date, in the supplementary board.

Until further orders, the Zilla Parishad, Solapur shall not terminate the service of the Petitioner.
