The only prayer made by the petitioner is for expeditious consideration of the representation made by the petitioner on 2nd April 2024 before the respondent no.2. By the said representation, the petitioner has sought grant of installments in the making of repayment of the outstanding amounts in terms of the Notification dated 11th July 2022. 2.

Considering the limited request made, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider the said representation in accordance with law within a period of six weeks of receiving a copy of this order. The decision is to be taken by a reasoned order and it shall be communicated to the petitioner.
