The petitioner seeks implementation of the order dated 27th March 2024 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies by which the respondent no.3 - Society has been directed to grant its membership to the petitioner. It is informed that this order has been challenged by the Society in Writ Petition No.15664 of 2024 (Anand Coop. Housing Society Ltd. Vs. Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies and Anr.). However, there is no interim relief operating. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, stand over to 17th July 2025 with liberty to apply in case of any contingency.
