The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to be issued to the 2nd respondent - Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies (MHADA) to decide petitioner's application dated 15th February 2024 filed under Section 154B-23(1)(iii) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 seeking disqualification of members of the Managing Committee of the 3rd respondent - Housing Society. It is submitted that though this application has been pending for more than a year, no steps have been taken to decide the same.

Considering the aforesaid, it is directed that the 2nd respondent shall, after hearing the 3rd respondent as well as the petitioner, decide the application dated 15th February 2024 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks of receiving copy of this order. 3.
