No case for continuation of ad-interim relief. 2.

Prima facie it appears that the respondent has made out a case invoking items in Schedule IV of the MRTU and PULP Act, and therefore even if the remedy under the Bombay Village Panchayats Act for challenging the suspension is available, the Labour Court cannot be said to have lost its jurisdiction. Hence, no case is made out for continuation of ad-interim relief is made out.
