We are informed by Mr. Dande, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation that vide a communication dated 5th March 2025, addressed to the petitioner, the permission for registration of the petitioner as a nursing home has not been granted for reasons which are set out therein. We are of the opinion that as there are certain reasons which are accorded in the said communication by the Municipal Corporation, it is appropriate that the petitioner, if, is aggrieved by the same needs to file a proper petition assailing such communication.

Accordingly, the petitioner has taken a fair position as the present petition is intended to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition assailing the said communication as issued by the Municipal Corporation.
