IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD 945 WRIT PETITION NO. 5246 OF 2025 SADIYA ANAM SALEEM KHAN
VERSUS
STATE OF MAHARASHTRA THROUGH ITS SECRETARY AND OTHERS ...

DATE : 29.04.2025 PER COURT :
Heard.
2.
Considering the prayer and after hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner, it transpires that on the basis of her Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) qualification she is seeking to undergo the selection process through Pavitra Portal. There is no dispute about the fact that already Teachers Aptitude and Intelligence Test-2022 (TAIT) is over. A performance at the TAIT is only used for one attempt and every candidate has to appear for another TAIT, if he does not get employment through the process conducted earlier.
3.
Already in the recruitment process undertaken in 2022, first round is over and the second round is underway. As is being pointed out by the learned advocate for respondent no. 2-Maharashtra State Examination Council, a fresh programme for TAIT has been published on 25.04.2025. Online registration has to be made between 26 April 2025 and 10 May 2025 and with late fees, it can be made up to 23.59 hours on 10.05.2025. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, being a CTET qualified, we see no reason 1/2
945 WP 5246 OF 2025.odt why she should not be able to fill in the online application pursuant to this programme. It is merely a hypothesis that she will not be permitted to do so. Depending upon the consequences ensuing after she makes an attempt to apply through the process for appearing at the TAIT, we see no reason as to why the petitioner would not be able to resort to the remedies. 4.
In the light of above, with such liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. ( Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) mkd/- 2/2
