The writ petition arises out of rejection of nomination paper of the petitioner. The voting is scheduled tomorrow i.e., 26th April 2025. Hence, at this stage, it is not possible to entertain challenge. However, it shall be open for the petitioner to file election petition under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 raising all questions raised in the petition. 2.
