By praecipe bearing today's date, the Advocate for the Petitioner has sought for speaking to the minutes of the Order dated 4th November, 2025.

In the appearance, the name of 'Mr. Subit Kumar' shall be corrected to read as 'Mr. Subir Kumar'.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has further sought for modification of paragraph 5 of the Order dated 4th 1/2
m1-wp-5272-2025.doc November, 2025 to the limited extent of extending the timeline for furnishing of bank guarantee drawn on scheduled / nationalized bank in the name of the Registry of this Court for the sum of Rs.74.24 lakh and for the filing of Affidavit of Undertaking which is on or before 10th November, 2025. He has submitted that in view of the uploading of the Order which was late evening on 7th November, 2025 and taking into account the ensuing weekend, the timeline be extended for a period of two days for the Petitioner to comply with paragraph 5 of the said Order.

Having considered the submissions, paragraph 5 of the said Order dated 4th November, 2025 is modified to the limited extent of granting time till 12th November, 2025 to the Petitioner for furnishing the said bank guarantee drawn on scheduled / nationalized bank in the name of the Registry of this Court and filing the Affidavit of Undertaking in terms of the statement made on behalf of the Petitioner recorded in paragraph 5 of the said Order dated 4th November, 2025.
