This petition was kept today on a working Saturday for hearing and disposal. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner is ready for arguments, but a request is made on behalf of Mr. Samant, learned Addl. GP for adjournment as he is not available due to personal difficulty.

Although the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he could finish his arguments today and there is urgency on behalf of the petitioner, we are of the opinion that instead of hearing this petition in piece-meal manner, it would be appropriate that it is heard at a subsequent date.
