At the outset, on instructions, it is submitted on behalf of the 5th respondent that the Election Programme published on 3rd April 2025 (page 341 of the writ petition) has been stayed in Writ Petition No.5418 of 2025 (Babasaheb Bhimrao Magdum and Ors. Vs. Union of India and Ors.) by order dated 25th April 2025. The statement is accepted. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners in this context seeks a direction to be issued to the 2nd respondent to decide the complaint dated 16th December 2024. The said complaint is pending before the 2nd respondent and the same requires consideration. He further prays for a similar direction to be issued to the 6th respondent before whom complaint dated 26th March 2025 has been filed.

Considering the fact that the complaints would require adjudication in view of the impending Elections of the 5th respondent, it is directed that both the aforesaid complaints be considered on their own merits and decided after hearing all concerned parties within a period of six weeks of receiving copy of this order.

Keeping all points on merits open and with aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioners in case of any contingency.
