The contention is that Petitioner No.1 has been appointed on a permanent sanctioned post on 26th August, 2024, as a Special Teacher. The procedure required to be followed while making such selection and appointment, including the obtaining of the No Objection Certificate from Respondent No.1, has been followed and Petitioner No.1 has been appointed. Now when her proposal for approval is pending, Respondent No.4 is directed to be SUNNY THOTE

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 4th August, 2025. The learned Additional G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3. Let the affidavit in reply be filed, at least one week, prior to the returnable date. 3.

Until further orders, the status quo as existing today, shall be maintained.
