It is the submission that the Petitioners were working with the Gram Panchayat which has been now converted in the Nagar Parishad. It is the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners were working for more than ten years. The Petitioners have made representation to the Respondent-State Government for absorption. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that at this juncture the representation made by the PMB

Mr. Patel, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the Respondent-State.
