The petitioners seek implementation of the order dated 12th February 2024 passed by the Additional Collector in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. It is stated that steps initiated by the Collector to implement that order were thereafter taken and on 7th January 2025, the parties were to be heard in that regard. It is submitted that thereafter there has been no progress.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 27th June 2025. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. He has granted time to take necessary steps.
