It appears from the communication that the RPFC RO Pune-1 desires to resolve the Petitioner's problem by following the due procedure with the due cooperation of the Petitioner. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner also assures of co-operation.

In view of the above, let the formalities required in the light of the prayers put forth by the Petitioner, be completed within a period of 60 days from today. However, we caution that the timeline of 60 days is to enable Respondent No. 1 to act with promptitude and ensure that the Petitioner's grievance is redressed within this period of 60 days. Respondent No. 1 would ensure that the steps are initiated on day to day basis, if required.
