Respondent No.2 has delivered an order dated 17.06.2025 on the appeal of the Petitioner dated 04.07.2023. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that she has still not received a copy of the order. The learned AGP submits that the appeal has been dismissed.

We could have initiated proceedings for the delay caused. However, the learned AGP submits that henceforth, the Revenue authorities would be very diligent and will avoid such a delay. 3.

We direct Respondent No.3 to ensure that the decision dated 17.06.2025 is served upon the Petitioner within 7 (seven) days from today.

With liberty to the Petitioner to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law for challenging the order dated 17.06.2025, this Petition is disposed off.
