On instructions, the learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that in absence of police protection, the notice issued on 3rd April 2025 proposing to take possession of the secured asset could not be executed. He submits that fresh steps would be taken to obtain possession. 2.

Since remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal is available to the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. It is accordingly disposed of as not entertained. All points on merits are kept open.
