The issue in this Petition is regarding payment of gratuity amount. It is the grievance of the Petitioners that the recovery proceedings filed by the Petitioners for the payment of gratuity amount before the Respondent Nos.8 to 13 is not being decided.

The Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent Nos.8 to 13 to decide the recovery proceedings filed by the petitioners for payment of gratuity within a period of 10 weeks from today.
