Considering the fact that by the impugned order dated 06.12.2024, the respondent Education Officer (Secondary), has refused to grant approval to the petitioner's proposal for grant of approval to his promotion with retrospective effect, the petitioner can resort to the remedy and the mechanism prescribed under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of leaving the petitioner to resort to the appropriate remedy under the aforementioned Government Resolution.
