Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 3rd April, 2025 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, whereby a draft Chamber Summons taken out by the petitioners to seek amendment in the plaint when the matter was closed for judgment, came to be disposed. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners subsequently came across a letter addressed by the MHADA to the State Government seeking cancellation of the allotment of the subject plot in favour of the decreeholder in SC Suit No.470 of 1993. The learned Judge, City 1/2

903-WP5405-2025.DOC Civil Court, was of the view that the parties have led extensive evidence for years together and the application was preferred when the matter was closed for pronouncement of judgment.

The impugned order is impeccable. It does not warrant any interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. 5.

The petition stands dismissed.
