Issue notice for final disposal to respondent No.1, returnable on 21 July 2025.

On perusal of the roznama dated 21st February 2025, it is evident that respondent No.1 has claimed for maintenance. In view of the judgment of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Ranjana Rajkumar Makharia Vs Mayadevi Subhkaran Makharia & Ors., 2020 SCC OnLine Bom 2017, an application under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, seeking only an order of eviction without addressing maintenance is not maintained. 3.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
