Prima facie, it appears from the certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (MCS Act), that the petitioner was granted loan of 9 lakh on 5th April 2019. ₹ The account statement produced at page No.46, it indicates that 9 lakh were transferred in favour of the society on 5th April ₹ 2019, 8th April 2019, and 10th April 2019. Therefore, in my opinion, the petitioner has made out a prima facie case for grant of interim relief.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 17 July 2025.

Until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
