The petitioner challenges certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 against which the petitioner has statutory remedy under Section 154 of the said Act. 2.

Hence, by keeping all questions raised in this writ petition open to be agitated before the Revisional Authority, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Time spent in prosecuting present writ petition shall be excluded for the purposes of limitation. If an application seeking condonation of delay is filed, same shall be considered sympathetically by the Revisional Authority.
