We have heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Gavhane, learned AGP for the respondent/State. 2.

Ms. Gavhane informs the Court that the petitioners' stone crusher unit was closed and it was found on the day of inspection, which was undertaken on 4 April, 2025, that the petitioners do not have the consent to operate the said unit. 3.

It is informed by Mr. Patil that the consent to operate was recently being received in favour of the petitioner on 16 April, 2025. Let the original be verified and the statement be produced by the petitioner before the concerned officer, who shall examine the consent to operate and take an appropriate position. 4.

Accordingly, list the proceedings on 25 April, 2025 on the Supplementary Board.
