The petitioners are awaiting approval to the transfer of the petitioner no.3 made by the petitioner no.1-management, from partially aided division to a fully aided division in the light of Rule 41 and 41-A of the Maharashtra Employees of the Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 and pursuant to the proposal dated 02.01.2025 (Exh.D). 3.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.3/ Education Officer (Secondary) to consider and decide the proposal Exh.D on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, in any case within six weeks

( 2 ) 53 wp 5507.25 without referring to the GR dated 29.04.2024 and circular dated 03.10.2024, irrespective of the fact that he has already forwarded the proposal to the State government. If necessary, he may solicit a fresh proposal from the management/petitioner no.1, which shall be obliged to do it as expeditiously as possible.
