The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of they having preferred a statutory revision under Section 23(2) of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906, against the order of Mamlatdar passed under Section 6 of that Act, the Sub Divisional Officer is neither deciding the revision nor even the stay application and simultaneously, the Mamlatdar is proceeding with the execution and has even served them notice dated 04.04.2025 (Exhibit - 'B'). 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that respondent No. 1 - the Sub Divisional Officer has listed the petitioners' revision for hearing on Monday and would pass appropriate order on their stay application.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 1 to decide the stay application or revision as expeditiously as possible. Till that, the impugned communication (Exhibit - 'B') shall stand stayed.
