Having regard to the nature of the order passed by the learned Judge, Court of Small Causes and the fact that the Suit has progressed to the stage of recording of evidence of the Defendants, when this Court ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL expressed its disinclination to interfere with the impugned order in ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.06.12 10:16:47 +0530 exercise of writ jurisdiction, Mr. Joshi submitted that the hearing of the suit be expedited.

Since the evidence of the Defendants is being led, it would be expedient in the interest of justice that the suit itself is decided as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order. 1/2
