The petitioners by way of these separate writ petitions are challenging the common judgment and order of the respondent no.2/scrutiny committee dated 17.01.2025, thereby, refusing to validate their Mannervarlu scheduled tribe certificates. 2.
We have heard both the sides.
( 2 ) 923 wp 5513.25 3.
The impugned common order is common not only between the petitioners herein but disposes of several other similar claims of the blood relatives namely Gangasagar Ramchandra Ramod, Sharmila Sayanna Ramod, Vinayak Shankarrao Ramod and Baliram Nagnathrao Ramod. They had also put up a challenge to the order in their respective writ petitions bearing writ petition nos.3998/2025 and connected matters decided by this division bench on 25.03.2025.
4.
For the same reasons, these writ petitions are allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside even to the extent of these petitioners. The committee shall issue the certificates of validity of Mannervarlu scheduled tribe to each of them. Those shall be co-terminus with the validities of the persons in respect of whose validities the committee has decided to undertake a process for recalling them. The petitioners shall not claim equities.
