Learned Counsel for the petitioner has tendered a compliance affidavit dated 13th June, 2025. The said affidavit is taken on record. To the said affidavit, is annexed the payment receipt i.e. the cost of Rs.1,00,000/- paid by the petitioner to the Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai.
